Like I mentioned a couple times already, I’ll be disappearing from the interwebs for about a week, to engage in something that involves *gasp* real life. That means that I won’t be posting or commenting at all, unless I get lucky and I happen to have a decent internet connection. So anyway, since I have no real need to beat around the bush and turn this into a multi-paragraph post, I’ll just leave it that.
And if all goes well, I’ll be able to enter a Kinokuniya for the first time in my life!
…Damn, we really need some of these stores in Toronto.

Omo’s right on Bookoff, at least from the perspective of buying things. Never tried selling to Bookoff, since I don’t live by one, but whenever I go to one I always walk out with cheap anime artbooks. :D
Kinokuniya is typically overpriced (rule of import goods), although they have an newer selection (then again, Bookoff is great for old stuff).
Have fun with this ‘real life’ thing. :P Come to the West Coast sometime.

Thanks everyone! To sum up my reply in a few lines:
– Kino was great, but I didn’t make it to Bookoff. I’d like to go some time.
– I updated my blogroll, Optic, and I’ll pay a visit as soon as I can.
– I’ve been hearing about some good stores in Toronto for a while now, but I never bothered looking into them for some reason or another. Feel free to send me their names if you don’t mind.
And for what it’s worth, we’ve definitely got to set up some kind of local community here in the city so that it’ll be easier to meet people. I suppose meeting at Anime North would be a start ;P
Well Enternal, I’m planning a Toronto otaku blogger meet during the xmas holidays and meeting place is most likely Pmall…
